This happy customer requested a vintage skirt but with an elastic waistband instead of the usual fixed band with buttons or a zipper. Using my own pattern, I added an exposed metallic waistband to match the silver outline of the cherries on the fabric. She paired it with this adorable red top and pretty silver sandals.
